Privacy
What JobNavia does and does not collect.
No applications, no application data
JobNavia does not handle job applications. We do not collect, store, or forward CVs, cover letters, or contact details. Every application happens on the original third-party site, and that site's own privacy policy applies to whatever information you submit there.
Basic logs and analytics
The web server keeps standard request logs (HTTP method, path, response code, request time, referrer, user-agent). We may use simple, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell any of this data.
Apply-click tracking (planned)
In a future release, clicks on the "Apply on external site" button may be tracked using privacy-safe hashing of the visitor's IP address and user-agent so we can produce aggregate reporting (for example, how many people clicked Apply on a given role). When that is enabled, this page will be updated to describe it. We will not store raw IP addresses for that purpose.
External sites have their own policies
Once you click an Apply link or any other outbound link on JobNavia, you are on a third-party site and that site's own privacy policy applies. We do not control what those sites collect or how they use it.
Cookies
The public site does not require login. Admin sessions (used only by site operators) use a single session cookie scoped to the admin path; that cookie is HttpOnly and marked Secure on HTTPS.
